Conor Kennedy - Treasurer

  • Conor (he/him) was born and raised on a small farm in the Upper Valley. It remains one of his favorite places, and with no cell service to this day, it remains his favorite place to get away. He has lived in Montpelier for over six years and loves our small community. He thinks it's wonderful that we have a community where kids can get out of school and run from store to store getting snacks before heading to the playground or hanging out on the State House lawn.

Conor currently serves as the Chief of Staff to the Vermont Speaker of the House, Jill Krowinski. He loves the work and the people he gets to interact with each and every day. As Vermonters, we are so fortunate to have such an accessible and open legislative process and he considers it an honor to be a part of it. Prior to his current role he worked at the Agency of Human Services, the Green Mountain Care Board, and the Office of the Senate Pro Tem.

He lives in Montpelier with his partner, Christina and their giant goof of a dog, Mia. You can usually find them walking the bike paths, skiing, or doing a crossword downtown.

Prior to MPAH, Henry raised $50,000 annually to produce NCCT's Teen Show in Lebanon, NH. He also worked on the nation's largest student-produced musical: The Dolphin Show.

Henry graduated summa cum laude from Northwestern University. After losing Northern Stage's youth ensemble in 2009, this devastated 4th grader vowed to protect community arts programs through future "tough times." He has received eight W-2s along this year's sprint to use any and every "Under 30" discount before the full-price ticket booth rooster crows.

Ally Tarwater

Since moving to Vermont, Ally has performed regularly with bands Rootbound and Fair Sparrow, the Vermont Philharmonic Orchestra, and Pipe Dreams, Vermont’s premiere flute ensemble. Ally graduated from the University of Tennessee with both her Bachelor and Master of Music in Music Education. She resides in Montpelier and has often said that moving here has been the best decision she has ever made. She is thrilled to be a part of this project and help create more performance spaces for this community.
